Salary

Base: $30.00-$38.00 hourly; Bonus/Equity: Performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends; Benefits: Health/life insurance, 401k match, PTO, tuition reimbursement

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
  • Ability to travel extensively to remote sites
  • Available for after-hours and weekend call outs
  • Pass Department of Transportation physical exam

Nice-to-have

  • Basic knowledge of electronic and electrical components
  • Experience with refrigeration systems
  • Self-directed and highly motivated attitude
  • Willingness to learn in the Telecom industry
  • Effective verbal and email communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
  • Must reside in the Austin, Texas area
  • Must pass DOT physical examination
