Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Current or eligible Arkansas Physical Therapy License

  • Pass state abuse registry checks and drug screen
  • Required immunizations or proof thereof
  • Preferred 2 years physical therapy experience
  • Preferred OCS, CSCS, DN certifications
