Oversees pharmaceutical care, including retrieving and evaluating biomedical literature and designing medication therapy regimens.
Participates in the management of medical emergencies when applicable and actively supports department medication safety and quality improvement activities.
Serves as preceptor for pharmacy students, residents, and healthcare learners as assigned and mentors, orients, trains, and assists with performance evaluations of pharmacy teammates.
