You will own VetConnect PLUS, a mission-critical product that tens of thousands of practices depend on every day, leading an experienced, passionate product team and being accountable for global product strategy, roadmap execution, product performance, and platform adoption.
You will reinvent how your team works by leading with an AI-native operating model for product management, emphasizing clear problem framing, faster shaping, and early validation while automating low-leverage work.
You will be a key member of the CAG Diagnostic Software leadership team, deeply invested in transformation and people leadership, operating in a product, engineering, and UX trifecta with shared ownership of strategy, execution, and outcomes.
