Job Summary

  • As a General Manager, it will be your responsibility to deliver the Herman Miller Client Experience through team coaching of demonstrations, quoting, and generation of sales.
  • You will be expected to train and inspire your team to achieve the store sales plan.
  • Our General Managers work strategically to maximize their store revenue and efficiently manage all aspects of sales and merchandising.
