The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Program Manager and the Facility Management team with the delivery of quality facility management services.
This role will coordinate and manage service delivery to ensure key stakeholder satisfaction at a portfolio of public schools located in the City of Chicago.

Base: 90,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

5+ years industry experience
Knowledge of facility management services
Experience managing multiple sites
Experience managing technical and administrative staff
Experience managing key client stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Experience using CMMS
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Experience using building systems
Ability to multi-task and organize responsibilities
