Job Summary

• The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting the patients and establishing a friendly and positive in-take and check out encounter for each patient’s visit requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changes in both staffing levels and patient volumes.
• The receptionist is responsible for maintaining patient flow, answering phones promptly and courteously, scheduling, registering, billing and payment collection activities for clinic patients while following all applicable policies and procedures.
