Job Summary

  • Monitors and maintains an optimal level of productivity through the management of day-to-day program/department operations.
  • Aligns social work programs and services with Community Health strategic goals and priorities and in support of the Advocate National Center for Health Equity.
  • Selects, coaches, and develops team(s), sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team, and manages performance by recognizing achievement, providing feedback, and administering progressive discipline when necessary.
