Job Summary

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling front-line enquiries and ensuring smooth processing of account-related requests in a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Provide excellent front-line support to clients by attending to enquiries at the counter and via phone/email while managing incoming communications professionally and timely.
  • Conduct thorough KYC/AML screening and due diligence for new client onboarding and process various client requests including share transfers.
