Candidates will lead and coordinate discovery-related work including litigation hold implementation, document collection, and production workflows.
This position requires an individual who can exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and outside counsel.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years paralegal experience
Strong understanding of general litigation
Discovery and document collection workflows
Electronic matter-management systems proficiency
Liaison skills with outside counsel and vendors
Nice-to-have
ABA approved Paralegal Certificate
Experience in labor and employment law
Ability to train and coach team members
Fast-paced high-growth environment adaptability
Visionary and entrepreneurial mindset
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
At least five (5) years Paralegal experience
In-office presence 4-5 days per week
Willingness to travel occasionally for company events
