Job Summary

• Lead the integral execution of the project associated with the client contract, being responsible for both operation and the profit and loss account, ensuring compliance with profitability, quality, efficiency, and service objectives, and driving continuous improvement in the plant.
• Act as the global manager of the project and its associated operating account, serving as the primary point of contact with the client to ensure a fluid, results-oriented relationship.
• Implement and lead initiatives for the improvement of production processes, applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies and monitoring/improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
