Fabricates or recommends adaptive equipment and splints, documents evaluation results or patient progress, and provides patient and family education.
Attends continuing education programs and participates in departmental in-service training programs to enhance professional development including participation in EBP.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
State of Ohio licensure in physical therapy
Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance
CPR certification no later than 60 days post hire
One year pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
