Job Summary

  • The Regional Ecosystem Leader is responsible for managing ecosystem resources and leading the regional ecosystem team to serve customers, establish internal and external cooperation, accurately and timely convey key information of Roche products to customers, and achieve the strategic goals of Roche in the corresponding disease field within the regional ecosystem, ultimately improving patient benefits.
  • Develop ecosystem development goals based on regional ecosystem strategy, and be responsible for the implementation plan and effectiveness tracking of the goals; analyze regional business, discover opportunities and risks, and lead the team to jointly formulate and execute corresponding plans.
  • Attract, recruit, coach, and develop team members in various roles within the ecosystem to achieve the composite development of ecosystem talent; build a team atmosphere that prioritizes performance and impact, and innovate work models to achieve the company's vision.
