Job Summary

  • Provide expert legal advice and support on the design, structuring and delivery of global, scalable digital asset products and services for retail customers.
  • Advise on regulatory changes which present both an opportunity and challenge for Santander Group’s retail customer digital asset business, including MiCA in the EU, GENIUS in the US and other equivalent relevant laws and regulations.
