The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in data analytics within the education sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Summary
The Sr. Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting serves as the reporting product owner and subject-matter expert for EDPlan, partnering with service line leaders, technical teams, and clients to define requirements and deliver trusted, high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.
This role leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of EDPlan’s reporting portfolio—rationalizing inventory, establishing standards and documentation, and prioritizing enhancements that improve usability, data quality, and client outcomes.
The position is remote with up to 10–20% travel and is expected to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor and influence teams, and drive roadmap execution in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Science or related field, and equivalent work experience.
Ten or more years of experience designing, developing, and supporting data analytics and reporting.
Experience with data within the Education industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Common Education Data Standards (CEDS) and interoperability standards (e.g., Ed-Fi, SIF, 1Edtech, etc.).
