Job Summary

  • The Sr. Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting serves as the reporting product owner and subject-matter expert for EDPlan, partnering with service line leaders, technical teams, and clients to define requirements and deliver trusted, high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.
  • This role leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of EDPlan’s reporting portfolio—rationalizing inventory, establishing standards and documentation, and prioritizing enhancements that improve usability, data quality, and client outcomes.
  • The position is remote with up to 10–20% travel and is expected to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor and influence teams, and drive roadmap execution in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Science or related field, and equivalent work experience.
  • Ten or more years of experience designing, developing, and supporting data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with data within the Education industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Common Education Data Standards (CEDS) and interoperability standards (e.g., Ed-Fi, SIF, 1Edtech, etc.).
