The Senior Desktop Support Technician provides technical user advice and support to academic and administrative staff for problems related to network communications.
This role serves as the first point of contact for library employees experiencing technical problems utilizing library computers, printers, and the network while also supporting event audio/visual technology.
The incumbent is responsible for preparing Microsoft Windows and Mac OS desktop imaging solutions, performing preventative maintenance, and managing surplus inventory by decommissioning outdated equipment.
