** Haleon is seeking an Operations Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within their Operations department. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in manufacturing and packaging processes and will be responsible for compliance management, data activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. **

Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for ensuring full adherence to all regulatory requirements, including cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality standards, financial controls, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and guidelines, in alignment with Haleon’s Corporate Policies.
  • Support smooth month‑end closing and generate daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.
