Act as the primary administrator for our TPM and related sales tools, including user management, security settings, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
Map existing data workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency.
Develop and provide ongoing technical support, documentation, and training sessions for the sales team on system features and best practices.
