You'll lead an exceptional team to deliver new product development goals, optimize, implement, and execute technology roadmaps for speedy and smooth product development and commercialization and provide technical support to win new business.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field of study
13+ years of experience in technology management or a related field within the Aerospace and Defense industry
Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, business development, capture management, science and engineering programs, acquisition processes, technical roadmaps, exportable technologies
Working knowledge of technical matters for exportability, technical determination and release of products and services
Proficiency in emerging technologies including big data, ISR, IoT, AI/ML with strong understanding of cybersecurity
Ability to work with senior business and government leaders
Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance
