Salary

Base: $151,900 - $173,400 (McLean, VA), $138,100 - $157,700 (Richmond, VA); Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive health and financial benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of Risk Management experience
  • At least 4 years of Project or Process Management experience
  • At least 4 years supporting internal business clients
  • At least 2 years of Process improvement leadership
  • At least 2 years of People Management experience
  • 5+ years Risk Management, Compliance or Risk Controls experience preferred
  • 2+ years data management and analytics experience preferred
  • 2+ years experience with Technology and Data teams preferred
  • 2+ years experience with SQL or Tableau preferred
  • 1+ years experience using Lean & Six Sigma tools preferred
  • BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred
