Job Summary

  • The House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of client care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice, hospital policy, goals and objectives to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic client care.
  • Provides professional and administrative leadership to staff, supervises and directs all aspects of client care, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Hospital during times administrative staff are not present or available.
