Must-have
10+ years EHS experience
Pharmaceutical or chemical process manufacturing
ISO certified EHS Management System expertise
Swiss legislation knowledge
Bilingual German and English proficiency
Nice-to-have
Biologics manufacturing experience preferred
Advanced degree in related field
CSP or CIH professional certification
Tech-savvy with modern data systems
Proven track record of safety culture transformation
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years progressive EHS experience
Minimum 5 years managing EHS in pharma/chemical manufacturing
