The DMPK and Quantitative Pharmacology team accelerates the delivery of high quality drug candidates by developing innovative and creative AI-first solutions.
DMPK Leads drive the DMPK strategy of drug discovery and development projects to deliver high quality clinical candidates whilst using and contributing to the optimisation of state-of-the-art computational and AI ADME models.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Define PBPK strategy
Design DMPK strategies with AI-first approach
Integrate DMPK, PD and toxicological data
Optimize molecule design and formulation
Maintain knowledge of human PK prediction
Nice-to-have
Experience with biologics and new modalities
Good understanding of machine learning
Familiarity with Python and KNIME
Key Requirements
PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or relevant subject
5+ years' professional experience as DMPK Lead
Track record of delivering regulatory-ready FIH packages
Practical experience in setting up automated PBPK workflows
Practical experience using PBPK to support preclinical development
Experience developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages for early clinical development
Advanced knowledge of PK and PKPD modelling
Experience partnering closely with Preclinical and Clinical teams
