Job Summary
The Medical Assistant will function in collaborative practice with physician(s) and/or advanced practice provider(s) in an ambulatory care setting.
The role assists in the preparation and delivery of ambulatory patient care as directed by provider(s) and other licensed clinical personnel.
Care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment appropriate to the ambulatory care setting with an emphasis on good customer relations.
