Job Summary

  • Oversee the local branch technology team in providing multiple aspects of onshore technology services covering application support, infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cybersecurity whilst maintaining strong control over risk and regulatory portfolio and financial performance of the department.
  • Be accountable for the provision of TDI technology roadmap and strategy in DB Thailand within agreed timeline and budget, partnering with local stakeholders to align the business strategy and growth plan with available Technology services.
  • Inspire, supervise, and oversee the development of Thailand Branch Technology team, setting SMART priorities and actively contributing to APAC BT community and local forums.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or MBA with Tech Management focus
  • Applicable IT & Risk Management certifications from Thailand regulator
  • 15+ years in IT, with 5-8 years in senior leadership (VP, CTO, Head of IT)
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services sector
  • Exposure to multiple teams in separate locations/countries
  • Solid understanding of enterprise technology (infrastructure, end-user, cloud, AI)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of Thailand banking regulations regarding IT Services
  • Exposure to Thailand banking IT forums
