Job Summary
The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area, construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements.
The project includes construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works.
Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing Government’s conditions and terms applicable for Resident Site Staff.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years' relevant post qualification experience
Minimum 7 years' relevant experience as Resident Technical Officer
Diploma or Higher Certificate in appropriate discipline
Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language (HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent)
