Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the team towards achieving NPS objectives, leasing goals and occupancy targets, and overseeing daily activities to ensure work is organized and executed in line with Greystar expectations.
The role involves actively promoting resident satisfaction and retention, participating in the leasing process, and ensuring the community complies with company policies, laws, and regulations.
