Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services, participating in policy development, ensuring reference materials are current, and overseeing nursing service personnel compliance.
The role requires participation in various committee meetings, staff development, safety and sanitation initiatives, and ensuring efficient use of equipment and supplies.
