Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years software engineering experience
A/B testing framework design
Feature flag infrastructure at scale
High-throughput distributed systems architecture
Backend language proficiency Java Python Go Node.js
Nice-to-have
Experience with commercial platforms like LaunchDarkly or Split
Familiarity with Bayesian and frequentist experimental design
Background in regulated fintech environments
Experience building internal developer portals
Knowledge of PCI-DSS and SOX compliance requirements
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years relevant experience in software engineering
Production experience with feature flag infrastructure at scale
