The role holder will be a skilled Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) specialist and Practitioner to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and manage training systems.

Key Requirements
Level 7 CIPD accredited qualification in adult education and/or training
Qualified in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Role Analysis, Defence Training Design and Assurance as per JSP 822
Defence TNA practitioner experience at the project level
NQF Level 6 Project Management qualification or higher (e.g., APM PFQ or PRINCE2)
