Job Summary

  • You will be part of the Paint Shop Management team, responsible for coaching a team to develop their talent, and for managing their workload and individual performance.
  • Your role will be to ensure continuous improvement, notably through the application of the problem-solving process, as well as to identify, document, and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives.
