Job DescriptionReporting directly to CEO, you will be responsible for providing high-level executive support while ensuring the seamless operation of office administration activities. Key responsibilities include: Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and scheduling priorities. Coordinate communication and engagement between leadership, employees and external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials and business correspondence. Support strategic projects, follow-up actions and business initiatives on behalf of leadership. Oversee office administration, workplace operations, facilities coordination and vendor management. Drive business continuity planning, workplace services and office-related policies and procedures. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and corporate matters. The Successful ApplicantDegree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
