Job Summary
The Security Officer I is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and property at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
This role requires conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to emergencies such as medical incidents, behavioral health de-escalations, and security threats.
Candidates must be able to successfully pass an annual physical assessment including running 1320 feet in 4 minutes and climbing 8 flights of stairs while carrying equipment.
