Job Summary

• The Sales Executive Team is dedicated to navigating and managing a high performing sales culture in person and/or virtually which contributes to the overall success of the Personal Insurance business.
• Employees are eligible for a Pension Plan that is 100% funded by Travelers, along with a 401(k) match dollar-for-dollar up to 5% of eligible pay.
• This position requires an outside sales strategy where assigned distribution relationships within the geographic territory tend to be best served through in-person visits.

Base: $94,400.00 - $155,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive awards available; Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) match, pension plan, 20 days PTO

• Four or more years of insurance sales experience
