Job Responsibilities: Responsible for site selection and evaluation for new stores Coordinating store opening projects from planning to launch Managing renovation and fit-out works, including contractors and timelines Overseeing all pre-opening preparations (licenses, utilities, equipment, setup) Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors Ensuring stores are ready for operation on schedule and within budget Working Arrangement: Flexible working hours depending on project needs Requirements: Experience in retail expansion, store setup, or project management Familiar with site selection, renovation, and store opening processes Able to manage multiple projects independently Strong coordination and communication skills Experience in F&B, entertainment, or retail is a plus
