  • Overseeing all building systems including fire/life safety, MEP and all critical utilities.

Must-have

  • Manage daily operations at site
  • Ensure technical services meet client requirements
  • Oversee electromechanical operations and maintenance
  • Develop maintenance and safety procedure manuals
  • Manage cost sheet submission and invoice follow-up
  • Oversee building systems (MEP, fire/life safety)
  • Implement sustainable practices (GRIHA, WELL, BSC)

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical /Civil /Marine Engineering OR equivalent
  • Min 8 to 12 years of working experience in Facility Industry /Mall/Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry
  • Experience in residential sites preferred for residential roles
