Must-have

  • 5+ years Facilities Management experience
  • Bilingual English and Chinese communication
  • Vendor coordination for repairs and maintenance
  • MAC main POC for client site moves
  • Regular workplace walkthroughs and safety checks

Nice-to-have

  • Customer-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in PC operations and MS Office
  • Willingness to work weekend or after-hours overtime

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Building Services, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
