  • Implement a solid and consistent Sales & Operations Planning allowing the SCM function to operate at best.
  • Execute the annual Supply Chain budgeting spent plan in conjunction with each Global Product Group and Hub Business Unit SCM Manager.
  • Indirectly lead a team of resources dedicated to SCM S&OP ensuring that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, and skilled properly.
