Must-have

  • Analyze SOS fluid analysis and VIMS data
  • Provide expert equipment recommendations
  • Engage with fleet managers and dealers
  • Maintain knowledge of five condition elements

Nice-to-have

  • Background in mining or construction equipment
  • Experience with predictive maintenance strategies
  • Strong consultative relationship building skills
  • Ability to leverage new analytics tools
  • Hands-on technician background preferred

Key Requirements

  • Service Excellence experience in Product Support or Engineering
  • Working knowledge of engines, power train, and hydraulic systems
  • Familiarity with Product Link, VIMS, and SISweb software
  • Proven background in condition monitoring or test engineering
  • Strong analytical skills for complex situation assessment
