Job Summary

  • Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations over a team of employees and contractors to meet demands of both external and internal customers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS) or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of related experience
  • Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge in facility capabilities and systems
  • Experience in operational and/or construction management
  • Experience in building maintenance concepts
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of construction management
  • Familiarity with OSHA, ADA regulations
