Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to build and scale a high-performing, customer-centric aftersales ecosystem for ZEISS Extended Reality's global business.
You will design and optimize end-to-end after-sales and warranty processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and premium customer experience.
