Must-have
Registered Architect in Illinois
10+ years transit infrastructure experience
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Experience with CTA Metra Amtrak agencies
Knowledge of Chicago building codes and ADA
Nice-to-have
LEED accreditation or sustainable design interest
Experience with federally funded FTA projects
Design-Build project delivery experience
3D visualization tool proficiency

Key Requirements
