Job Summary
Partner with a portfolio of managers to create a high-performing and collaborative culture that strives to deliver the business objectives and strategy.
Provide a consultancy and advisory service to organisational stakeholders on People & Culture issues including the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies, procedures and guidelines.
Compile, analyse and report on a range of metrics including absenteeism, turnover, training, demographics, EEO, staff surveys and other mandatory and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements
Relevant HR or equivalent tertiary qualifications
Previous experience working in a HRBP or Specialist role
Previous 5 years’ experience as a generalist role or similar
Current Queensland driver’s licence and willingness to drive
