Must-have
5+ years insurance litigation experience
California State Bar membership required
Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
Analyze personal lines casualty contracts
Manage outside defense counsel effectively
Nice-to-have

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Key Requirements
5+ years of law firm or in-house experience
