Paralegal provides administrative and legal support to the Legal team in all stages of corporate transactions and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with corporate and local regulations.
Responsibilities include preparing and editing legal documents, conducting research on various legal topics, assisting with contract and transactional tasks, and communicating with clients/stakeholders.
The role requires maintaining accurate files, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and demonstrating experience with corporate documents and basic understanding of relevant laws.
