Responsible for providing distributive functions and pharmacy operational tasks, assisting the pharmacist with preparing and dispensing medications, inventory management, pharmacy billing, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
This role accurately responds to prescription dispensing requests, coordinates medication access and adherence, prepares medications for pharmacist review/check, performs claim adjudication, and processes customer account reconciliation.
