Job Summary
The West Point Site MPS Team is responsible for driving MPS throughout the organization to enable change in the operating systems, management systems, and mindsets, behaviors, and capabilities of our people to manufacture product of the highest quality, for the lowest cost, and in the shortest lead time.
Effectively coach and partner with functional leaders, plant manager and the leadership team to develop strategic plans and execute performance improvement activities.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

Salary
Base: $126,500.00 - $199,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, compassionate and sick days
