Job Summary
The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs, both in-house and contract therapy providers.
This role requires reviewing and monitoring patient charts in Net Health EMR, PCC EMR, and Value Based Care Solutions to ensure compliance with company policy and Medicare guidelines.
The incumbent must support facilities in achieving survey excellence by participating in mock surveys, annual state licensing surveys, and assisting with plans of correction.

Participation in CERTs, ADRs, and ALJ hearings defense
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
Active license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Therapist
RAC-CT Credential required within one year of hire
CPR certification required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
