Job Summary
The position serves as a primary liaison between the NC Division of Emergency Management and Area 3 counties including Wayne, Craven, Carteret, Lenoir, Pamlico, and Greene.
This role requires evaluating local government programs, identifying weaknesses in disaster mitigation, and assisting in developing capabilities to address these gaps.

Key Requirements
