Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM
Ability to analyze complex HR datasets
Cross-functional leadership with engineering teams
Use of quantitative and qualitative data for strategy
Nice-to-have
Collaboration in Agile environment
HR business acumen and compliance knowledge
Ability to create compelling data narratives
Flexible work schedule with remote options
Empathy and integrity in company culture
Key Requirements
4+ years in Product Management or Data Analytics
Experience in HR Tech or Enterprise software environment
Proficiency with Python preferred for statistical analysis
Solid understanding of Hire-to-Retire HR lifecycle
